Acceptance and Agreement

By registering on the SolariumFast platform ("Platform"), purchasing Power Mining Energy, using a SolariumFast Kit, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and SolariumFast ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform or benefit from our services.

Risk Warning and No Profit Guarantee

Cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency mining are high-risk activities. SolariumFast does not guarantee that you will derive a specific profit or any financial return from your purchase of Power Mining Energy or a olariumFast  it, or from using the Platform. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and their values can fluctuate significantly. There is a risk of losing your investment and it is possible that you may lose your entire investment. SolariumFast offers the opportunity to earn SF coins through the Platform. However, the value of SF coin may change depending on market conditions, supply and demand, and other factors. We do not  guarantee the amount or value of SF coins you will earn. Mining difficulty may increase over time, which may affect the amount of SF you earn. Before investing in cryptocurrencies, it is important to do your own esearch, understand the risks, and carefully evaluate your financial situation. It is recommended that you only invest funds that you can afford to lose.

Service Description and Terms of Use

•Power Mining Energy: SolariumFast offers users the opportunity to purchase Power Mining Energy ("PME") at different power levels. By purchasing PME, users are granted access to SolariumFast's solar-powered  mining infrastructure. PME holders earn SF coins based on their purchased power level and the performance of the mining infrastructure. PME ownership is valid for 365 days and you will continue to earn mining rewards during this period.

•SolariumFast Kit: SolariumFast offers users the opportunity to purchase a SolariumFast Kit ("Kit") that allows users to integrate their own solar panels into the SolariumFast mining network. By purchasing a Kit, users can mine SF coins with their own solar panels. Kit ownership is valid for 365 days and during this period, you will continue to earn SF coins depending on the energy production of their panels and the performance of the mining network. 

•Mining Difficulty: The mining difficulty on our Platform may increase over time depending on the overall hash rate of the network and other factors. An increase in mining difficulty may affect the amount of SF earned by PME or Kit holders.

•Platform Usage: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not violate any law or regulation by using the Platform. You must not misuse the Platform, negatively affect the xperience of other users, or compromise the security of the Platform. 

•Account Security: It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account information (username, password, wallet addresses, etc.). The Company does not accept any liability in case of unauthorized use of your account information.

•Age Restriction: You must be of legal age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age.

SF Coin Distribution and Rewards

•Mining Rewards: SF coin mining rewards for PME and Kit holders are distributed at rates and periods determined by the Platform. Reward rates and periods may be updated by the Company from time to time. 

•Reward Distribution Time: Earned SF rewards are transferred to users' wallet addresses within a short period of time, although not instantly. Reward distribution times may vary depending on network congestion and other technical factors.

•Referral System: The Platform may offer a referral system to encourage users to invite new participants. Referral system conditions and rewards are determined by the Company and may be changed from time to time.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not guarantee that the Platform or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. The Company cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or your SF coin investments. The Company is specifically not liable for damages arising from:

•Fluctuations in cryptocurrency markets and decreases in the value of SF coin.

•Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or inaccessibility of the Platform.

•User errors, account security breaches, or misuse of wallet addresses.

•Changes in legal regulations or government interventions.

•Cyberattacks, hacking incidents, or other security breaches.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, website, logos, trademarks, software, content, and other materials are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any right or license to the Platform or intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Platform's content without the Company's prior written consent.

Agreement Changes

The Company reserves the right to change or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. In case of significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you by reasonable means (e.g., email or Platform announcement). It is important that you review the Agreement regularly.

Termination of Agreement

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In case of termination of the Agreement, your PME and Kit ownership ay terminate and you may not continue to earn mining rewards.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SolariumFast collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

•  Registration Information: When you register on the Platform, we collect information such as your name, email address, username, and password.
• Wallet Addresses: We collect the wallet addresses you provide to receive SF coin rewards.

•Children's Privacy: Our Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. •International Data Transfer: Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country. When we transfer your data internationally, we take appropriate security measures.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will primarily be attempted to be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Poland.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
